**Job Title ** Business Consultant

**Job Summary**

General Softwares is looking for an efficient and energetic Business Consultant who has a passion to turn around the business functions and improvements for the betterment of the company. This position is focussed on business consultation of a retail and sales project most importantly and it might require travel in and around London as required. You will also support our sales efforts form business reviews, and work with relationship stakeholders.

At our office in Ilford (London) and also required to travel and work at client project sites anywhere in the UK.

**Education Qualifications and Desired Skills**

Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.

Master’s degree is an advantage.

**Personal Skills**

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Quick learner.

Ability to motivate other team members and boost productivity.

Ability to handle client expectations in terms of project deliverables.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Own and lead the strategy of identifying, structuring and executing business growth for the next level of growth across UK andEurope. Lead collaboration with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing Teams to define and communicate the Company’s unique value propositions.
- Build and maintain a productive and efficient team with the highest level of professionalism and entrepreneurial mindset. Support the project management of new product launches, ensuring compliance with local rules and regulations.
- Manage working relationships with relevant regulatory bodies, and liaise with regulators, auditors and banking partners. Provide expert guidance to other business functions across the group.
- Manage competition and threats in the business with constant evaluation of strategic priorities. Understand, analyseand evaluate client requirements and business goals; keep in contact with them and establish a strong communication link as and when required.
- Identify and document functional requirements, information sources, distribution paths and system specifications. Seeking advice from the key leaders and report to the higher management.
- Work closely with the management to identify problems concerned with business strategy, policy and organisation. Perform financial analyses, market research, business intelligence based on statistical data models, and make reports to help management in decision making. Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
- Integrate best practices while evaluating business prospects, goals and objectives. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
- Lead team meetings and client calls, ensuring that the business team and clients are on same page for the planned line of businesses. Capable of building, collaborating with internal/external stakeholders independently and bring in new opportunities where company can provide services to the clients.
- Support marketing and pre-sales activities through contributing to IP and propositions in response to potential client and/or sector challenges and issues and producing authoritative white papers. Guide, supervise and collaborate with junior team members to builda strong and vibrant team of consultants.

**Job Type**

**Experience**

1 to 2 years of experience is desirable.

Fresh graduates in relevant field of study may also be considered.

**Salary**

£ 32,000.00 per annum. (Thirty Two Thousand British Pounds per annum)
