What You'll Do

Working within our commercial team as a Business Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our continued expansion. Here are some of the tasks that you will be delivering from day to day.

  • Sighting new business prospects and nurturing existing relationships
  • Promoting the company’s products/services and working with our clients to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Strategize and execute plans that align with our growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Keep your finger on the industry pulse, staying informed about market trends and competitors.
  • Work with our Bid Team Manager to deliver commercials and hand-crafted and compelling proposal solutions.
  • Represent EES Solutions at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Track performance metrics and pivot strategies as needed.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Have experience of managing the day-to-day sale pipeline activities including proactively updating sales, revenue, and invoice data.
  • Provide trustworthy customer feedback at all stages of the sales process.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
