**HR Advisor/Partner**
This is a varied, challenging, people-oriented position and our client is looking for a caring and passionate HR professional who wishes to truly make a difference.
**Please note that this is a 42-week a year role rather than all-year round.**
**HR Advisor/Partner Responsibilities**
Some of your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Provide HR expertise across full employment lifecycle
- Maintain accurate electronic records
- Increase capability and skills through coaching and mentoring
- Support restructuring activities
- Contribute to delivery of HR strategy
- Keep up to date with employment law and best practices
- Deputise for Head of HR where requited

**HR Advisor/Partner Experience**
Our client is looking to recruit a professional, confident and reliable individual with proven hands-on generalist HR advisory/HR Partner experience. You will be able to hit the ground running and provide efficient and timely HR advice and support as partof a team of 4.
You must be able to work independently and have the confidence and credibility to guide and support colleagues in an operational and strategic manner. You must be self-motivated and knowledgeable across the full employee lifecycle from safer recruitment,onboarding and performance management to supporting with L&D activities, website, intranet, and HR page maintenance and management, coaching managers, contributing to HR projects and general HR administration.
**Location**
Located in Wantage, this role requires a minimum of 1 day on-site. You will be required to travel to sites of the client on a regular basis.
Minimum 30 hours per week.Some flexible/ hybrid working available.
This is a permanent 42-week a year (term time plus) role located in Wantage.
Salary example for 30 hours per week: £39,000 FTE would equate to an actual salary received of £29,773
