**Project/Site Administrator Job Vacancy**

Job Brief:
We are a construction company based in Farnham, GU9 7UP

We are looking for a Project Administrator to support us both in the office and on site. You will be acting as a point of contact and will need to be organized, flexible and reliable in order to assist in the smooth running of projects. You will be maintaining the social media presence of the company; therefore, you must be creative and have a good understanding of current social media. You will be working alongside our Managing Director, Operations

Director and Project coordinator and therefore need to be sociable and a good team player as communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Further specific _responsibilities_ include but are not limited to:

- Maintaining the organisation of site files and project documents
- Attending meetings
- Ordering office supplies and site PPE as needed
- Co-ordinating with clients and those on site
- Purchasing materials and goods that are needed for projects
- Comparing and maintaining purchase supply information from each supplier for all projcts
- Running and maintaining a social media presence for the company - Instagram and

LinkedIn

**Requirements**:
Understanding of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel - Intermediate level

**Education**:
GCSEs

A levels or BTEC preferred

Degree preferred but not essential

**Skills**:Understanding of SAGE Cloud50 Software is not essential, but prior knowledge is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who would like a new challenge and who would like to pursue a career within the Construction sector.

UK Driver’s license - Preferred.

Pay: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
