Job Overview

Central to our transformation with be our communications and how we bring our brand and products to life. We want people to sit up and take notice of what we have to say, therefore, we need to look the part. We are serious about this and one of the first things you will need to do is
‘kit out’ your own photography studio (yes, your own playroom).

You will be responsible for the creation of visual communications such as adverts, branding, publicity materials, packaging, POS and more. You will use your graphic design skills to create media products such advertising, video content, visual merchandising and more. You will work

Marketing Manager to ensure all visual communications communicate the same values as per the brand guidelines, you will be a gatekeeper for our visual representation and charged with elevating our brand.

What you will do at FFS
- Work with Brand Marketing Manager & Digital Marketing Manager to produce creative assets for use on website, ads, social media, print and packaging.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- The ability to take the lead on the creatives required by the marketing team and wider business including contributing ideas and practical suggestions for the growth and elevation of the brand.
- Will effectively study and interpret design briefs and requirements.
- Conceptualise visuals based on requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Develop illustrations, logos, icon sets and other brand assets to clearly communicate the brand to its target audience.
- Follow brand guidelines and communicate the brand effectively through design.
- Supporting the Brand Marketing Manager in organising and the production of photoshoots.
- Supporting the Influencer and Social Media Executive with content creation and photography.
- Supporting the UX & eCommerce Manager with assets and photography for our website
- Supporting our Marketplace Manager with imagery and photography for all marketplaces and retailers.
- Ensuring all creative assets are curated / communicated for relevant departments.
- Ensuring all creative assets are saved correctly in an organised easy to find manner.
- Ensuring the photography studio is kept tidy, safe and has what is required to complete effective photography.
- Remains on top of packaging and design trends and suggests ways to keep the brand innovative.
- Responsible for designing all product packaging for ecommerce and retail alongside Brand Marketing Manager.
- Responsible for designing all POS for retailers.
- Responsible for maintaining relationships with print houses and suppliers.
- Creating and filming video content for use on social website and ads.
