We are currently recruiting for a Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Associate for one of our well-known clients in the Oxford area. They are looking for a proven QA Associate to help with Quality and Regulatory processes within the company, you will help assure management that all the CRO and R&D research activities are performed in compliance with GLP and applicable GCP/GMP regulations, guidance, and expectations, and help to ensure a permanent state of inspection readiness. The QA Associate will assure the compliance of our client’s facilities, data integrity, staff training records, Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), and final study reports and foster a culture of quality throughout the organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

- Identify and assess Quality Management System (QMS) non-compliances and ensure appropriate actions are agreed upon and effectively followed up
- Support our clients with CAPA investigations
- Keep abreast of changes to global regulations, guidance, and expectations
- To assist with GMP/GLP training within the department and cross-site
- To support the Technical Manager in the approval of suppliers and starting materials
- To participate in continuous improvement activities concerning the Quality Management System including preparation, issuing and distribution of SOPs
- Any other reasonable duties as identified by management

Essential Requirements:

- BSc in life science/ relevant qualification or experience
- At least 2 years of work experience in a GMP or GLP environment, preferably in the Pharmaceutical CRO sector
- Excellent command of English, spoken and written
- A strong team spirit and a mindset focused on quality and integrity

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£37,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
