Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

- Lead Product and Quality Assurance activities within project teams, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
- Liaise with Customers' PA and QA representatives to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Support Supplier and Subcontractor related PA and QA activities, including assessment of supplier approaches, policies, and processes.
- Review materials, parts, and processes against PA and technical requirements, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Generate Product Assurance documentation for projects and implement assurance plans as required.
- Witness manufacturing and testing activities, providing input as necessary.
- Proven leadership experience in functional groups with respect to associated assurance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and schedule management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing plans and schedules.
- Strong technical English written/verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
Estimated salary: $105,000 - $115,000 per year (dependent on location). A competitive compensation package that reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
