Quality Assurance Manager

Our client is a leading food manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and nutritious products to customers.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and enhance the quality management systems, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
The ideal candidate will lead the QA team, maintain product excellence, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
Ensure compliance with relevant food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC).
Lead internal and external audits, addressing non-conformities and driving corrective actions.
Monitor product quality at all stages of production and manage testing protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Train and mentor staff on quality assurance and food safety practices.
Analyze quality metrics and prepare reports for management review.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
Experience in quality assurance within the food manufacturing industry.
In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in quality management tools and software.
