We are looking for a skilled administrator ideally with experience in the property sector to join our Town Planning Consultancy at our office in Chiswick, West London.

This is a permanent role with flexible contract hours.

**Administrational duties**:

- Generating invoices
- Producing contracts
- Answering phones
- Monitoring the office inbox
- Allocating payments
- Arranging site visits and meetings
- Filling in forms and other planning-related tasks
- General data entry

**Qualifications/requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level / equivalent work experience
- A great command of written and spoken English
- Experience in administration (ideally within a property environment, e.g. estate agency, surveyors etc)
- Computer literate: MS Word and Excel skills are essential
- Effective communication & organisation
- A team player with a sense of humour
