Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain a filing system
- Perform data entry tasks to input information into computerized systems

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Hours will be 7-45am until 5-30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am until 4.30pm on Fridays

Starting rate and hours will be dependant on age and minimum wage legislation and may differ from that advertised.

You must have have a minimum of a grade 4 (C) in GCSE Maths and English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 42.50 per week
