**Recruitment Administrator - (Must live within travelling distance to Northwest London or Hertfordshire)**

**Must be able to travel for 2-3 weeks onsite induction in Borehamwood for initial training and then able to work from Home**

**Hours**: 3, 4 or 5 days/week (Part Time Hours)

**Location**: HOMEBASED (Must live within travelling distance to Northwest London or Hertfordshire)

**Salary**:£20,500 - £21,000 pro rata + 25 days holiday pro rata, Pension

Your role will include posting adverts to generate good responses, screening applicants on the phone and processing all administration associated with this. Overall, we are looking for someone with a good friendly telephone manner who is able to build relationships. Full Training will be provided

**You will be responsible for**

Providing administrative support to the recruitment team

Updating and maintaining the recruitment database

Placing adverts for vacancies

Screening applicants and arranging interviews

Being highly proactive by utilising available resources such as Reed, CV Library and LinkedIn

Other ad hoc tasks as required
