**Job responsibilities**:

- Managing and looking after the contractor database
- Sourcing and recruiting experienced tradespeople
- Adding the relevant data to spreadsheets
- Creating spreadsheets and word documents
- Vetting tradespeople and obtaining the relevant proofs
- Communicating with tradespeople daily
- Conducting telephone interviews with contractors and trades
- Keeping our contractor files updated and organised
- Working remotely or from home

- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Typing and data entry experience
- Knowledge using: Google Docs, Google Sheets,

- Pay will be a monthly fixed rate.
