The Interim Global Benefits Administrator will be responsible for the following:

- Administering global benefits programs for employees in multiple countries
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Communicating with employees about their benefits options
- Analyzing data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Developing and implementing new benefits programs

Previous experience
- Global benefits administration
- Experience with a variety of benefits programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
