Our prestigious GXO East Midlands Gateway site is looking to recruit a **HR Advisor** on a **12 Month **Fixed Term Contract. You will be working alongside one of the biggest food giants, Nestle, where you will be providing timely, effective, and comprehensive support to line managers in all aspects of human resources. You will also be able to build your management skills with a team of 2 Co-ordinators supporting you along the way

This role is working Monday to Friday, office hours with flexibility on start time and end times.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to **£36,500** per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- You will provide comprehensive generalist HR support to our operational and managerial colleagues
- You will oversee HR Systems including time & attendance through to payroll
- You will support and guide managers with employee relations activity, such as grievances, investigations, and disciplinary processes
- You will develop the continuing professionalism and the HR Co-ordinator’s overall

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- To be Flexible, driven and self-motivated
- Previous experience as either a HR coordinator for 2 years or HR Advisor for at least 12 months is essential
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong, up-to date knowledge of Employment Law, HR Policy, practice and procedures
