**Client Services Associate**

**Location: Edinburgh, City of Edinburgh**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and provide them with a friendly environment to interact with our team
- Answer phone calls and take messages while checking in clients into the office
- Answer general questions about policies and procedures
- Create invoices and prepare payment arrangements using Quickbooks software
- Prepare client quotes for insurance claims and submit invoices for payment
- Enter new clients into our database and maintain existing records of each client’s information
- Maintain office security by following all security procedures; securing all office equipment; maintaining inventory of office supplies; ordering supplies as needed; maintaining inventory of office items in our system; maintaining organization of work space in the office
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Office Manager or Director of Operations

**Education & Experience**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Previous experience working with Quickbooks or other accounting software preferred.

**Salary**: £16,552.20-£30,360.75 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
