Meraki Talent is currently working with a leading financial services firm, which is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join their team as a Client Service Associate. In this role, you will work closely with esteemed Client Directors, providing support to our new and existing clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Directors with initial suitability reports (transfer analysis) and top-up letters for GIAs', ISA's, and SIPP's for new and existing clients.
- Continually suggest realistic and appropriate improvements and solutions to problems to the Head of Operations (Edinburgh).
- Help to input, manipulate, and maintain prospect data, generate initial reports, and open accounts.
- After appropriate training, take dealing instructions directly from clients and the Directors for ongoing placement.
- Continually look at ways to enhance operational systems.
- Participate in any projects and relevant business initiatives when required.
- Adhere to filing requirements in accordance with FCA procedures.
- Liaise closely with the Client Servicing Team and members of the Operations team to ensure full communication and understanding, minimizing errors and maximizing service levels.
- Maintain and update client data through fact finds and client meetings.
- Manage workloads to provide the best client experience and support the directors.
- After appropriate training, perform ongoing portfolio management of unitised clients for fees and withdrawals.

**Background**:

- Understanding of the annual FCA ongoing suitability process and support experience.
- Experience working within another Financial Services company.
- Ability to manage expectations, demonstrate ownership, competence, and reliability.
- Excellent written communication skills for clear and concise information presentation.
- Flexible and innovative mindset to drive improvements and handle changing needs.
- Strong attention to detail, maintaining high levels of service.
- Client-focused with the ability to build positive relationships and take necessary actions.
