**_ Your Role_**

As a People Pay and Pensions Advisor, you’ll be responsible for managing workload allocation, coordinating, and developing processes, and delivering outstanding customer support. Your attention to detail, process improvement mindset, and commitment to confidentiality will contribute to our team’s success.

**_ About You_**

You will be effective at task management supporting customers through various stages of their employee lifecycle. As part of this role, you will be committed to continuous improvement and innovation as well as supporting colleagues with training and guidance as required.

In your capacity as advisor, you will be the first point of contact across the people pay and pensions team and ensure any activities carried out are done so to the highest standards. You will take a lead in maintaining our HR systems so they are accurate and secure and you will regularly participate in cross service project collaboration.
