**About The Role**:

FDM Group offers a fantastic opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic Finance Assistant to join our team in the Billing department based in Brighton.
The Finance Assistant will be assisting in meeting the client’s invoice requirement and will be responsible for supporting the rest of the Billing Team with invoices, timesheets, query resolutions and quality reviews. You will be required to work closely with our internal and external stakeholders as well as with wider finance teams to provide a seamless experience for our clients.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Raising monthly and weekly invoices and sending to clients
- Quality reviews of invoices and invoicing cycle
- Processing on-site consultant timesheets
- Maintaining and obtaining missing timesheets and approvals
- Timesheet query resolution with clients, internal teams and on-site consultants
**About You**:

- Educated to degree level or equivalent finance experience
- Previous experience in Finance is beneficial, but more importantly, we are looking for the right attitude and motivation to succeed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce work with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner
- Good organisation and workload management skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
