The internal communications and employer branding team partners with the business to champion a

**So, what will you be doing?**:

- Developing compelling content to position Bally's as a top employer across various channels.
- Supporting in the planning, coordination, and execution of our content and events calendar and strategy
- Managing company social media accounts, including scheduling and engagement monitoring
- Staying updated on social media trends, industry practices, and competitor activities for improvement insights
- Collaborating with Internal Communication, HR, and Talent Acquisition to align employer brand strategy with organizational goals
- Monitoring and report on key metrics like social media engagement and website traffic
- Identifying sponsorship, awards, PR, and community engagement opportunities; manage submissions and branding
- Coordinating with external agencies and vendors for project management, contracting, and scheduling

- Have good organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and long-term projects
- Able to in draft engaging written content aligned with brand guidelines
- Have a keen eye for design and a creative approach
- Have effective communication skills for online and in-person collaboration
- Have great attention to detail and a passion for problem solving
- Have experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Have native or bilingual proficiency in English
- Have experience in Copywriting, PR, video production/editing, graphic design, content creation, digital ads/acquisitions, project management, or SEO
