We're looking for a creative and organised Brand Executive to join our team and play a vital role in driving brand awareness and engagement for AJ Bell. In this fast-paced role, you'll work with the Brand Team to support the execution of our brand strategy.
What does the job involve?
Support the delivery of all our through-the-line brand communications activity. Help craft and communicate our brand message through internal communications channels. Develop campaign briefs to enhance AJ Bell's employer brand awareness. Manage day-to-day relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain group website content, ensuring it aligns with regulatory requirements and business objectives. Build and maintain a library of approved brand visuals for use across offline and online marketing channels. Play an active role in managing our visual and tone-of-voice guidelines and using them to consult all areas of the business. Oversee the ongoing campaign development process.Competence, Knowledge & Skills:
Marketing experience, particularly with offline and online campaign development and execution. Confidence and experience in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A proven track record of updating website content (basic HTML knowledge a plus). A creative and enthusiastic mind that thrives on generating new ideas. A practical approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent organisational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to meet deadlines. The flexibility to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A strong understanding of above-the-line and below-the-line media.What AJ Bell offers:
