**Position: Brand Executive - Insights & Innovation**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Executive to join THG Nutrition working on brand innovation projects and insights. The Brand Executive will be the catalyst in driving an increase in brand awareness for new brands through a range of activities. You will have overall responsibility for assisting the Senior Insights & Innovation Manager to develop and execute exciting new brand projects. The main objectives are to identify key trends, opportunities and customer needs, create and execute disruptive brand activations to generate organic reach, gather, understand and analyse customer feedback and make recommendations.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Working in the Insights & Innovation team to support Brand, Product, Trading and Marketing with evidence-based insights to inform and educate on key customer trends and white space opportunities.
- Develop new brands to solve customer problems and create new trends.
- Build brand value by developing consistent and effective promotional brand assets such as banners, posters, leaflets and social media content.
- Ideate, plan and execute disruptive marketing campaigns and activations to maximise organic reach and engagement.
- Work with the Senior Insights & Innovation Manager to help develop long term strategy and challenger brands pipeline.
- Analyse and report the brand, business and market performance and draw out relevant insights
- Use and understand data in Excel, recommending appropriate business actions to take to optimise performance and pro-actively drive the trends within Health & Wellness market.

- Degree qualified in business, commerce, marketing or any related disciplines is preferable but not essential
