ACS International Schools are recruiting for a Marketing Team Administrator to support the Marketing & Development Team in the day-to-day administration of the department.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Responsible for the day-to-day administration of department providing general administrative support to the Marketing and Development Department, working closely with the Campus Marketing Managers, Vice Dean of Overseas Admissions, PA to the Director and the wider team including the UK & Doha Campus and external suppliers.
- Create and raise Purchase Order requests on Focal Point for all purchase requests with correct budget coding and reconciliation and receipting of all invoices.
- Deal with suppliers on a regular basis.
- Assist the direct team on the co-ordination of the annual Budget Management process with key budget holders for key areas and the Finance Business Partners throughout the year in-line with the annual budget timetable.
- Processing Boarding Agent commission payments, liaising with the specific key stakeholders: Boarding Agents, Vice Dean of Admissions & School Fees Department.
- Assistance in managing the Overseas Boarding Events timetable, ensuring budgets are adhered to.
- Assist the Marketing team with preparation for both UK and overseas Boarding events, Open Days, Relocation events including collating marketing materials, brochure fulfilment, banners and organising shipments to overseas destinations when required.
- Assist in processing the monthly expenses for team members and the Vice Dean of Overseas of Admissions company credit card and coding correctly.
- Assistance in proof reading when requested.
- Assistance in print management co-ordination with the PA to Director of Marketing, Development & Admissions and distribution of marketing print materials and branded stationary requests to all schools on request.
- Ad hoc duties required with a very ‘hands on approach’.
- Assist the PA to Implement and manage a coded stock management system for collateral, materials and merchandise including managing all requests.
- Competitor Fee comparison log.
- Support with marketing team PowerPoint presentations.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required**:
Experience in dealing with supplier queries / invoices and budget management.
- Good time management skills and ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Good IT skills - Word, Excel. For all in-house systems: budgets/credit card/databases : In-house training will be provided.
- Acts as a role model for the Marketing & Development department with a positive ‘can do’ attitude to team members and other ACS staff members. Building strong working relationships with key individuals.
- Marketing experience desirable, but not a necessity
- Ability to work as part of the Marketing & Development Team with shared objectives. Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. A ‘can do’ attitude, with an exacting eye for detail with a ‘hands-on’ approach.

This is a Non term time, permanent role working Monday to Friday form 10.00 - 14.00 The role may require flexibility to travel to other UK campuses on occasion.
