My Care My Home currently has exciting opportunities within the Wirral area for Community Support Workers.

**Duties include**:

- Prompting/support with personal care and dressing (which could include assistance with intimate personal care).
- Support with light household duties, including laundry, shopping and cleaning, meal preparation.
- Assisting with medication - this could be collecting prescriptions, prompting, or administering medication.
- Accompanying to medical appointments if needed.
- Companionship services.

**About the role**:
We have a variety of hours available to suit your lifestyle (days, evenings and weekends).

Depending on your availability, we can offer full-time or part-time contracts that fit around your current commitments - ideal for people wishing to get a foothold in the sector, fitting work around studying or who are looking for a fulfilling, recession-proof, second income.

This is a domiciliary care role. You will make calls to service users throughout your shift, so you must be prepared to travel within the service catchment area and ideally be able to work every other weekend or 1 day each weekend. There will also be a share of evening shifts required on a rota basis, depending on service requirements.

Whatever your shift pattern and rota, you will always have plenty of time at each visit to provide the level of service that My Care My Home prides itself on.

A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle with 'business use' car insurance is preferable in order to undertake this role. However, if you live in the Upton, Birkenhead, Tranmere, Prenton or Rock Ferry areas, we can also offer Community Support Worker roles to non-drivers on walking routes.
