**What we are looking for**:
We are looking to employ enthusiastic, caring and reliable individuals to join our team of Community Support Workers based in Wirral. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team of like-minded caring individuals that are dedicated to making positive changes to the lives of vulnerable people within the community. The Community Support Worker role really is one of the most fulfilling and rewarding jobs you could do and there is never a day that is the same.

The key responsibilities for our Community Support Worker roles are: - Helping our service users to live independently in their own homes - administering medication - supporting with budgeting, shopping and meal preparation - assisting with activities of daily living including domestic duties - social activities and general companionship.

Although no previous experience is required as training will be provided, we are looking for a particular type of individual that can work well within a team and also by themselves. Above all, they must be compassionate, caring and have a great attitude towards helping others.

We are holders of the Merseyside & Cheshire LGBTIQA+ Charter Mark which is a signifier of good practice, commitment and knowledge of the specific needs, issues and barriers facing LGBTIQA+ people in Merseyside.

We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time positions and offering flexible working hours. You will work on a rota basis which is provided a month in advance, so you can plan ahead for any personal events.

- Hold a valid UK Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle as the role is community based
