Care 24/7 Healthcare looking for an experienced office administrator.

Your role is to provide full administrative support to the Registered Manager in carrying out their statutory and regulatory responsibilities.
- You will need to be able to work independently and use initiative.
- You will need to have a working background in an office environment in the care sector with excellent communication skills and competent in the use of Word & Excel and other software.
- General administrative duties to support the effective running of the service, including data processing for payroll.
- Organise staff training/compliance as needed and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage and record incoming and outgoing mail (including E-mail) appropriately and timely respond to correspondence.
- Answer telephone calls in a professional manner, monitor, screen, and keep a record of telephone calls including messages.
- Manage the retention of records and information accurately and efficiently.
- Regularly update databases.
- Maintain up to date and accurate administration records of staff and clients.
- Processing recruitment requests from consultants (DBS checks, requests for references, gathering supportive documentation) ensuring due process is followed by CQC and business guidelines. ‬
- Running Monthly Invoices and sending them out to clients (after appropriate training and direction)‬.
- Initiating the Recruitment process and following up on documentation, and filing correctly‬.
- This is not an exhaustive list and duties may be varied from time to time under the direction of the Directors and Registered Manager.
