Hours: 9:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday

At Hastings Direct, we’re in an exciting period of growth and are looking for a Warehouse and Workspace Administrator to join our team. This role is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of our Property Services team at our Bexhill office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently handle warehouse goods, including coordination with couriers, and maintain inventory records.
- Maintain and manage workspace areas, ensuring they are functional and well-organized.
- Undertake various administrative tasks, including filing, diary management, and intranet content
- Act as a key team member for emergency response and provide cross-cover within the department.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer skills.
- Excellent multitasking ability and proactive workload management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A GCSE or equivalent qualification in Maths and English.
