This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but busy, friendly office team. We are a well established Manufacturing company who have been in business for 30 years producing high quality toiletry and cosmetic products. We are looking for an administrator to join our current office team, so if you are a good team player, with a helpful, friendly manner we would like to hear from you. We are looking for:
Demonstrable experience in a similar role

Good decision-making ability and natural problem solver

Well organised and an ability to multi-task. Proficient in managing workload in a timely and efficient manner, whilst working collaboratively and able to work to deadlines

Good attention to detail and able to work on own initiative

Confident, professional, telephone manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in Excel, Word, Outlook

Duties include:
To be the initial point of contact to meet and greet all visitors to the main office.

To answer all incoming calls and deal with enquiries with customers/suppliers.

To process customers' orders from our ‘in house range of products’ websites

Generate an increase in New business through our websites

Manage enquiries received from existing and new customers and update internal records

Co-ordinate the collection of orders via UK mail; Palletways using the appropriate portal and / or system. Despatch orders

Support with Sage accounts, raise PO’s; invoices and manage orders and deliveries

Co-ordinate any complaints; update records and provide management information quarterly

Ad hoc admin support to senior managers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00 per year
