**Salary: c£24k on a 6 months fixed term contract**

**About the Role**
- You will use data analysis skills to assess customer feedback and provide insights for continuous improvements
- You will use strong writing and editing skills to develop content for marketing, customer communication and internal documentation.
- Assist in project management tasks, including tracking progress, scheduling, and coordinating with different teams
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors and new technologies to support strategic decisions
**About You**
- Excellent writing and editing skills for creating high quality content
- Strong ability to conduct thorough research and analyse data effectively
- Experience with quantitative data analysis
- Aptitude for critical thinking and resolving complex issues
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
