A great opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated person to join an NHS Trust in the role of IT Service Delivery Officer. This is a unique role that provides support to CWPT staff along with other partner organisations. Working in a pressurised high demand customer service role with constantly fluctuating priorities and demands, you will be handling and progressing IT related purchases, equipment transition, billing, SLA and KPI reporting.

Please note many Trust interviews are taking place through Microsoft Teams, this can be downloaded either through the App Store or Google Play for use on your phone/tablet.
