British Heart Foundation (BHF) has a large retail estate of circa 700 shops across the UK and we are recruiting a Retail Compliance Administrator, to join our new Retail Compliance team for a 24-month FTC to help support the team on all the administrative tasks related to the monitoring/ evidencing/ reporting of compliance activity.

As Retail Compliance Administrator you will provide admin support for the compliance department including inbox management, minute taking and management of online filing systems.

You'll ensure databases are kept up to date with relevant information and provide excellent customer service to the various internal and external teams the role deals with.

Please note this is a fixed term contract for 24 months.

This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our Northampton office. You will be expected to spend an average of 2 days per week in the office.

**About you**
***
As Retail Compliance Administrator you will be a highly efficient administrator with excellent communication skills, providing strong customer service to all the internal and external stakeholders you deal with.

With strong IT skills, you’ll be skilled in MS Office and have previous experience providing admin support to a busy team.

You’ll have strong written communication skills and have previous experience of minute taking. You’ll be detailed orientated and have excellent time management skills, able to work to conflicting deadlines.

Previous experience or knowledge within retail administration or compliance administration would be beneficial, but not essential.
