Administrator required for full time temporary role based in Inchinnan. Working 37.5 hours per working week, on-site, this role has the potential to move to a hybrid (work-from-home) model dependant on workload and access to IT systems. If you have a backgroundwithin finance admin, account-admin, sales-admin - we are particularly keen to hear from you.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Raise purchase requisitions and process invoices through in-house systems.
- Assist in the archive process
- Arranging transport of archiving to and from site.
- Maintaining logs
- Ordering consumables
- General administration duties such as data input, scanning and filing.
- Update documents through our clients quality system.
Full Right to Work verification will be required prior to starting in this temporary role which will require a digital-verification process. Access to a smart-phone, laptop / computer with a camera will be necessary. Additional face-to-face verificationmay be required. You will also be required to provide employment references prior to starting.
