On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a **Senior Administrator (Trade Management)**for a **6-month** long contract based in **Glasgow** (hybrid pattern).
**As a Senior Administrator, you will**:
- Manage mailbox and allocate workload.
- Act as a first port of call for any queries or escalation from Administrators, providing support and guidance where required.
- Ensure the service level provided by the team adheres to the Client Service Delivery agreements.
- Prepare and attend client calls.
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Generate ideas for improvements to systems and processes.
- Ensure adherence to correct escalation framework/matrix.
- Ensure that internal and external audit/compliance/risk requirements are met.
