The Role With our first-class city centre office, you will be able to take advantage of a wide range of exciting opportunities within our asset management team. It's an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and hard-working candidate who can handle a wide range of administrative tasks including office management, financial administration, events planning, and facilities co-ordination. A positive attitude and exceptional communication skills are critical to succeed in the role. The successful candidate will be expected to work from 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday in our office. Duties and Responsibilities Support the senior management team with administrative tasks across the development, finance and operational teams based at HQ. Communicating effectively and efficiently when liaising on the phone, email and in person when greeting clients at front of house. Identify stock requirements for all consumables, refreshments, stationary, toiletries etc. Work closely with Maintenance Team to ensure reported maintenance matters are given due attention and scheduled for works. Schedule recurring maintenance visit to adhere to health and safety law. Experience and Abilities At least 2 years of hands-on experience in administration. Experience of using Microsoft Office packages. Capable and experienced in communicating via phone, email and in person. Be a self-starter with a “can-do” approach when tackling new challenges. Be forward-thinking and proactive with a willingness to learn. Benefits First class working environment.
