We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join a Civil Engineering organisation as part of their Rail division. You will be joining the team at the Sheffield depot to provide support in the Buildings department.
As a Buildings Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the Project Co-Ordinator with;
- Daily and weekly working advices
- Updating internal systems and data spreadsheets
- Liasing with site operatives
- Making alterations to work plans
- Submitting completion packs to clients on completion of projects
- Generating job numbers
- Reporting KPI's on a monthly basis

General administrative and clerical tasks may include;
- Word processing, filing, scanning and ad-hoc duties
- Meeting and diary management
- Minute taking in meetings

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full time hours Monday to Friday.
You will be working a standard 37.5 hour week with potential to take overtime. An immediate start is available.

**You will need;**
- Competent ability with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in administrator position

**Desirable;**
- NVQ Qualification in Business Administration or Customer Service
