**We are currently recruiting an Administrator on a 6 month FTC. Based at our branch in Brierley Hill you will work within a small operations team for a Communications Company. This role is Monday to Friday 9-5.**

**You will**:

- Arrange equipment despatch
- Raise quotations
- Maintain spreadsheets
- Administration of equipment repairs
- Other office duties as required

**About you**:

- Enthusiastic
- Excellent organisational ability, working to deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- Good engaging telephone manner essential
- Customer focussed
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Fully PC literate - excel, word, outlook
- Use in-house software - training provided
- Ability to multi-task
- Work independently whilst contributing to team and company goals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £20,500.00-£22,000.00 per year
