The administration of all BEMS Business Support activities for the Projects and Service Departments to ensure excellent customer service and profitability

This will involve working across the board with our management team, engineering team, clients and suppliers and requires effective communication on all platforms.

Our Business Support department are the first port of call for reactive callouts and general enquiries, therefore fielding and signposting a variety of queries on a daily basis.

Other regular tasks involve obtaining supplier quotes and raising purchase orders. Updating the work order system, checking, circulating and retrieving service reports and field quotes. Maintaining processing logs. Scheduling works and raising new work orders. As well ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Reporting to the Business Support Manager
- Contribute to the decisions made by Business Support Manager
- Responsible for the delivery of all services through effective work order management
- Develop and build long-term relationships with client and suppliers
- Provide support to Business Support Manager and Engineering Teams

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Desirable
- Recognised and relevant qualification in Business Administration and or Customer Service
- Appropriate trade qualification
- Relevant Health & Safety qualification

Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of mobile operations for the multi-site commercial building environment
- Experience in managing clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Experience of working with multiple CAFM, CRM and Finance systems, field-based teams and approved suppliers

Knowledge
- Extensive knowledge of Business Support processes and procedures
- Understanding organisational requirements and systems in the areas of quality management, health and safety, legal compliance, environmental policies and general duty of care
