**What you’ll be doing**:

- ** Ensuring all product is handled in line with quality and accuracy guidelines**
- ** Carrying out SKU Maintenance activities in line with Stock Management guidelines to maximise efficiency and accuracy through the receiving, picking and despatch process**
- ** Resolving accuracy issues found, responding to Partner issues and acting as support as necessary**
- ** Carrying out due diligence, aisle counts, random picked goods checks and arrange quality control checks**
- ** Creating rush orders, debits and branch transfers**
- ** Stock Query Area management to include processing stock in and out of this area, contacting Buying Office, suppliers, Distribution Stoc Integrity Team, dealing with invoice queries, delivery queries, reverse flow and system issues**
- ** Investigating and report findings for queries escalated from the Distribution Service Desk, Partnership Services financial team and suppliers**
- ** Maintaining spreadsheets to meet daily stock reporting requirements**
- ** Responding to ad-hoc requests for stock to be returned to suppliers or reworked, such as reticketing**
- ** Using every opportunity to maximise accuracy and minimise wastage**

**What you’ll need**:

- ** PC literate with working knowledge of Google tools**
- ** Attention-to-detail; demonstrates a high degree of accuracy**
- ** Strong organisation, administrative and planning skills**
- ** Ability to communicate with Partners at all levels across multiple teams**
- ** Ability to work flexibly in a fast paced environment**
- ** Decision making and prioritisation skills when responding to daily queries, multitasking**

**What else you may bring**:

- ** Experience working within a logistics/supply chain environment**
- ** Good working knowledge of IT Systems (Dispatcher, Google Workspace)**
- ** Capable of covering other operations to provide support as required.**
