JAQ Group portfolio is currently comprised of 5 brands, with total revenues forecasted to sit between £40-60M for 2023. As part of our ambitious growth targets for existing brands and a number of new launches across some exciting verticals in Q2 and Q3, we are looking to bring on a Head of Organic Social to elevate our social media presence and drive customer engagement.

As our Head of Organic Social, you will be responsible for developing and executing organic social media strategies for our brands across all platforms. We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and a proven track record of delivering significant results within e-commerce or a similar vertical. This position will report directly to our CMO and Head of Strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute organic social media strategies for multiple in-house brands.
- Oversee the creation and publishing of engaging social media content across various platforms.
- Analyze performance data to refine strategies and optimize for performance improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media touchpoints.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices in organic social media marketing and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

**Essential Skills**
- 5+ years of experience managing organic social media strategies for a DTC e-commerce brand, agency or group (or within a vertical with heavily transferable learnings).
- Deep understanding of all major social media platforms and their analytics.
- Strong content creation and editing skills, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Proven track record of growing and engaging social media audiences.
- Ability to analyze social media data and metrics to inform strategy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership skills and experience managing a social media team.
