Overview:
To support the Buyers with Administrative tasks to ensure production are kept in supply of parts and the system is kept updated and maintained.

Day to day management of low complexity supplier and providing administration and inputting support to purchasing team.
- Looking after low complexity suppliers.
- Ensure orders are processed correctly and on time.
- Updating system data; pricing, safety stocks, PO dates. Etc.
- Monitoring placed orders, reschedule and change delivery dates in the system.
- Expediting POs and keeping system updated.
- Managing stock levels, TQs and Safety Stocks.
- Liaising with other company departments.
- Running and distributing reports.
- Supporting Buyers in required administrative / data inputting tasks.

**Qualifications, Experience and Profile**:

- Excellent communication skills in person, in writing and on the telephone.
- Confident personality for dealing with supplier and other company departments.
- Strong administration experience.
- Good analytical skills.
- High attention to detail e.g., long complicated part numbers, high volume of data.
- Some knowledge or experience within Purchasing desirable, but not essential, all training will be given.
