Job Title: Sales Administrator

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of sales presentations and proposals
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Coordinate sales meetings and appointments, including travel arrangements if necessary
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other documents as requested by management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow between teams
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with order processing and fulfillment

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
