Service Desk Analyst (2nd/3rd Line Support) - Manchester - c£25K - £28K + Benefits

Our client are a large retail company in central Manchester. We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to do 2nd/3rd Line Support, but also help with project work.

Responsibilities include:

- Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported by both Service Desk and Event Management systems.
- Laptop and hardware provisioning across a remote, hybrid estate.
- Asset management, configuration management and endpoint protection administration
- Maintaining our identity store and authorisation levels within our current and future domain setup.
- Running IT tooling for compliance, remote management and security responses.
- User Joiners/Movers/Leavers processes.
- User troubleshooting for all IT issues - hardware and software.
- Provides reporting toany other business sponsors as defined by Technology Manager

Skills and Experience required:

- Experience in IT Support role
- Good communicator and a passion for driving secure but empowering controls and processes, without hindering delivery
- Experience with cloud native networks and infrastructure.
- Experience managing Active Directories, GSuite, Office365, Windows and Mac provisioning.
- Experience and exposure to cyber security controls and frameworks is a plus.
- Software development experience is a plus.
- Azure, Slack, Atlassian, Shopify, NetSuite Oracle experience is a plus.

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self starter with the ability to work solo and in a team
