This is an exciting opportunity to join a CQC personal care governed service rated as 'Outstanding'.
Shared Lives Lancashire helps to match people with learning difficulties, physical disabilities or older vulnerable people with Shared Lives Carers, who are recruited and trained to provide care and support to the individuals they support. Our Shared Lives Service offers the people we support the opportunity to live in a family environment, allowing them to develop their skills, be valued, involved in their community and gain confidence to become as independent as possible.
This position is based in Central Lancashire as part of our Skelmersdale based team.
As a Shared Lives Officer, you will lead and manage a team of Shared Lives Support Officers overseeing our carers and the people we support within this locality. For more information please read the job description and person specification form.
