Service Delivery Coordinator

Among Checkit's core products are smart sensors that monitor things like temperature, water flow or air quality, and send alerts to our central hub if readings fall outside expected boundaries. This helps our customers to ensure that critical systems are working as expected, and to know quickly if something is wrong so they can fix it before it becomes a problem. We help the NHS keep things like blood products and vaccines at the correct temperature by monitoring their storage fridges, and we help food retailers to reduce waste by monitoring refrigerated display cabinets in their stores. These sensors are calibrated and maintained by our team of Field Service Engineers, who visit customer sites to install the equipment and make sure they are in full working order.- The Service Delivery Coordinator, based remotely with occasional visits to our Operations Centre in Fleet, Hampshire, will play a critical role in supporting the Field Service Engineering team by acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and requests, managing purchase orders, conducting essential administration, and communicating effectively with the Field Engineering team.
- We are looking for someone with good experience in administrative roles, who is used to conducting tasks with high levels of accuracy and precision, who can work at pace and who is a great communicator that loves working with others.
- **THIS IS A FIXED TERM CONTRACT TO COVER A PERIOD OF MATERNITY LEAVE. INITIALLY A SIX MONTH CONTRACT, THE OPPORTUNITY COULD BE EXTENDED LATER, POTENTIALLY FOR UP TO A YEAR IN TOTAL.**
What you'll be doing
- Planning and scheduling our sensor swap outs and other Engineer site visits.
- Raising, issuing, receipting and closing purchase orders.
- Regularly communicating and reviewing progress with key internal stakeholders.
- Helping with the uploading of customer certificates.
- Working alongside the Field Service Scheduler and covering during periods of absence.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience and success in administrative roles.
- Experience of managing purchase orders would be preferable.
- Experience of working with a wide range of departments, stakeholders and customers.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills, with ability to prioritise tasks effectively based on customer needs.
- Accurate and precise with strong attention to detail.
- IT literate with good MS Office skills (especially Excel) and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- Customer focused and highly motivated to provide customer satisfaction.
- Ability to make decisions based on priority and customer requirements.
- Enthusiastic and customer focused, with a strong desire to deliver brilliant customer service.
- Energetic and able to work at pace.
- A desire to deliver quality, accurate and timely work.
- Willingness to work closely with other departments.
