Sales Office Administrator

Philip Grahame International is a leading manufacturer of cable containment products. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our team as a Sales Office Administrator at our premises on the Dukes Park Industrial Estate in Chelmsford.
**Reports to**:
The Sales Office Administrator will report to the Sales Office Manager.
**Job Overview**:
The Sales Office Administrator supports the Sales team with the day-to-day processing of customer quotations and orders.
No prior experience necessary, full training and support will be provided.
**Responsibilities and Duties include**:
- Processing quotations for new and existing customers.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Checking data accuracy on orders, ensuring prices are still valid from quote conversions
- Resolving queries with customers and the production team
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
**Qualifications/Skills**:
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, assertive, pro-active
- Use own initiative and able to work autonomously
- Highly organised
- Flexible / adaptable
- Honest and reliable
- Good communication skills
- Good keyboard skills
- Good time management
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
40 hrs per week - Monday to Friday; 8am - 5pm
