**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Providing an efficient and professional administrative service across all services in the building
- Copy typing of patient related documents
- Taking telephone messages, dealing with them in a timely manner an deficient way and refer on as appropriate
- Distribute and redirect post as required

1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
