**Role Summary**:
The European Workplace Services Coordinator supports the Workplace Services (WPS) team across the European function providing dedicated administrative support, coordination of operations and functional projects. The WPS team structure is set up to share best practice and work collaboratively as one team, delivering reliable and consistently high levels of support to the business.

As European WPS Coordinator, you’ll be a key member of our team, providing administration and support which ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency so we can deliver our functional vision and strategy as well as provide best in class Associate workplace experience.

Key responsibilities:

- Owning the delivery of team meetings and agenda items, coordinating team development and training sessions and supporting with the delivery of internal events
- Acting as primary contact for service partners, suppliers and contractors
- Assisting with research of new initiatives for the workplace environment and support the development of the WPS vision and strategy
- Providing project administration support including arranging quotations for projects and maintaining project documents / budget trackers and spreadsheets.
- Assist management team with preparing & maintaining WPS budgets and processing POS / managing invoice queries from internal and external parties

Key skills and experience
- Builds great working relationships with team and associates
- Fluent English and any additional languages would be welcomed
- Great office skills, MS Office software (Excel, Power Point etc.)
- Knowledge of finance systems i.e. Oracle, SAP etc.
- Experienced at working in a fast-paced service delivery environment
- Highly organised and efficient working style
- Ambitious and keen to develop the role
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal formats
- Confident with a strong team working ethic
- Performance focused with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Proactive and highly motivated with a can-do attitude
- Takes ownership and accountability for work
- General Health and Safety experience desirable
- Infrequent EU travel may be required from time to time.

Our WPS teams are based in our Forever Home Campus in Watford and typically work 5 days a week, although there may be some flexibility to this working pattern from time to time.
