**Role Overview**:
Communication skills are essential for this role as you will be required to work closely with the Hotel operational teams as well as discussing each event with the client. To ensure the success of every event you will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and be extremely organised. Absolute attention to detail, the ability to multi task and flexibility are required in response to changing client requests and the fast paced nature of the role.

You will be friendly and approachable; you will go the extra mile for our guests; you will provide highly consistent good service and you will lead by example.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Effectively promote all the hotel's facilities to the Conference, Event and Group rooms market to achieve the maximum sales revenue and client satisfaction for each event.
- Ensure that each enquiry and booking is handled efficiently from enquiry stage through to arrival, departure, billing and follow up.
- To maintain an accurate status of all enquiries and bookings and to ensure that the highest standard of administration is carried out for every group enquiry and booking.
- Enter all details into Infor SCS, reporting on all activity conducted with each enquiry and booking
- To be responsible for issuing contracts and paperwork, in line with Apex procedures
