From Swimming lessons, to walking football and everything in-between we are driven to provide fun and welcoming sessions to support the whole community to be active, both within our leisure centres and in the local community.

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. Being the first point of contact for customers entering the centre, you must be able to deliver exceptional customer service at all times. Ideally you will have experience of dealing with members of the public, either face to face or via the telephone. You will be operating the till, processing memberships, preparing food and drinks as required and be part of the Costa Coffee proud to serve club, ensuring a great service is received by all our customers. **Hours: Casual, to cover Weekends**

**Requirements**:

- To serve the leisure centre’s customers using exceptional customer service skills
- Promote and sell the different products that Freedom Leisure offer
- To operate catering equipment effectively and safely, ensuring high standards of hygiene throughout all catering outlets and the centre.
- Ability to prioritise
- To be friendly, helpful and polite
- Experience of serving customers in a face to face environment & deal with any customer contact/complaints/comments professionally and courteously
- A genuine team player and have a high level of responsibility, flexibility, enthusiasm and motivation.
