We are an independent Builders Merchants with 50 years' experience. With three locations in the North West, we pride ourselves in providing a wide range of products to both the trade and public with the best service.

Bookkeeper assisting the branch management. Duties to include;
- Processing branch payments and invoices
- Branch receipts and entering data into accounting software or databases then filing hard copies
- Paying vendor invoices
- Reconciling branch bank account balances
- Completing the branch VAT returns.
- Sales and Purchase Ledger reconciliation
- Reporting to the Finance Director when required
- Also assisting with the office administration duties.

Training on internal accounting software will be provided.

**Qualities Required**
- Accounting/bookkeeping knowledge
- Self Motivated
- Able to work within a team with a positive and professional attitude
