We are seeking a keen horticulturalist with a good knowledge and passion for plants, shrubs and trees in order to support the ongoing growth of the business. You will be part of a small team reporting into the Plant Manager.

**Key Responsibilites**:

- Provide excellent customer service, interact with and respond directly to customers, provide knowledge and advice
- Ensure displays are of a high standard and all areas well stocked
- Serve customers on the till if required
- Work efficiently as part of a small team as well as independently
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and a safe working environment
